Climate change campaigners have held a 'Carols Against Coal' event in the Octagon today.

The protest was deliberately held at 12 noon, on the twelfth day of the twelfth month.

The group says the number is significant, as some environmentalists believe the world has just twelve years left to reduce global warming.
