This morning Cadbury Confectionery's parent company Mondelez International committed to a 7 million dollar redevelopment of Cadbury World.

The multi-national company says it'll create 25 new permanent roles, however the company admits around 300 shift work positions will be lost with the closure of the factory at the end of this year.
