The depositions to decide whether to send Clayton Weatherston to trial for the murder of Sophie Elliott continued at Dunedin District Court today.
Miss Elliott's supervisor, Robert Alexander gave evidence today, saying she often told him that Weatherston would mock her intelligence and call her fat.
Mr Alexander claimed Weatherston had a superior attitude and an inability to take criticism, and often belittled his own students.
A former girlfriend of Weatherston's also gave evidence, telling the court that the accused had confided to her he found Elliott to be an extremely negative influence on his life.
