A large Southland dairy corporation and two of its managers were fined nearly $60,000 in the Invercargill District Court on Tuesday on charges of neglecting their dairy cows on farms at Lumsden.

The prosecution was brought by the Ministry of Primary Industries and its Manager of Compliance Investigations Gary Orr spoke to Sharon Reece after the case.
