The cause of a devastating house fire in central Dunedin is under investigation.
This Carroll Street home was destroyed by fire shortly before midday on Sunday.
A pregnant woman reportedly had to jump from the second storey of the flat to safety.
She was not seriously injured.
The fire is thought to have started in the kitchen but that hasn't been confirmed by authorities.
About 100 onlookers gathered on the street to watch the incident, which was attended by five fire crews.
