Cancellation of planned power outages due to severe weather

A severe weather warning is in place for Dunedin and Central Otago.

The extreme weather has caused some planned power outages to be cancelled today and all planned power outages to be cancelled tomorrow.

Areas which would have been affected by planned outages tomorrow include Cromwell and South Dunedin.

These planned power outages will be rescheduled and electricity retailers will be notified at least ten working days in advance.
