Concerned St Clair residents are urging the city council to undertake immediate work to prevent further beach erosion.

They say sand dunes are receding at an alarming rate, threatening nearby properties.

So our word on the street team asked members of the public if they think more needs to be done to prevent erosion at St Clair.
