The many people who grew up in this city during the 70s and 80s will remember the magic of Pixietown at the DIC Department Store every Christmas.

Today that well loved piece of New Zealand living history is located in Toitu Otago Settlers' Museum.

And now the mechanical exhibition is set to enthrall a new generation of young and old Dunedin kids.
