The 156th North Otago A and P Show has attracted hundreds of people to the Oamaru Showgrounds over the weekend.
The old line an A and P show brings the country to town still rings true, even in a regional town like Oamaru.
As well as the usual agricultural and farming-themed attractions, there was plenty of rides and other entertainment on offer.
As happens every year, animals including sheep, goats, cattle and horses were judged and ribbons handed out.
The two-day annual show started on Friday and wrapped up on Saturday afternoon.
The North Otago A and P Show was first held in November 1863, and is the second-oldest running show in New Zealand.
