Dunedin businesses unhappy with Octagon closure

The Dunedin City Council is planning trial closures of the Octagon, including a full closure from January 27 to February 16, and partial closures from February 17 to March 23.

Business owners say they'll have to shut up shop for good if a proposed closure of the Octagon goes ahead.
