Highland Games draw thousands to Hororata on Saturday

The area of Hororata, just west of Christchurch, was bustling with thousands of visitors on Saturday attending the annual Hororata Highland Games.

The day included heavy lifting highland sports events as well medieval re-enactments, bag pipers and highland dancing.
