Harry Finch's legs may be out of action, but that's not stopping him from using his arms to pack his bags for some life-changing surgery.
The Dunedin three-year-old has a type of cerebral palsy which causes his leg muscles to be always contracted, making it impossible for him to learn to walk.
However, after six months of fund-raising, he's now off to the United States, for surgery he can't get in New Zealand.
