An organisation that takes food from businesses for redistribution to those in need has shifted a remarkable 50 tonnes of food since it began in 2012.

Foodshare collects unwanted food from supermarkets, restaurants and other businesses, and redistributes it to agencies which run food banks or distribute to the hungry.

Its founder, Deborah Manning, joins us this evening with an update on that work.
