Dunedin biotechnology company Botry-Zen, which raised nearly ten million dollars in capital during the last seven years, is now concerned with its cashflow situation.

The company has encountered production difficulties with its lucrative Armour-Zen grape fungus fighting products.

Botry-Zen raised five million in a fully subscribed issue at ten cents per share in August 2001, before listing on the stock exchange in November 2002.

Shares in the company were trading at only three point five cents yesterday.
