Canada's curlers have been crowned champions of the Winter Games mixed doubles tournament, after an ice-cool performance against Scotland in the final at the Maniototo curling rink in Naseby.

It was a match-up between wily veterans and young hotshots, with the Canadians eventually showing their class.
