Christmas can be a stressful time of year for many, with added expenses and a full house of family causing some anxiety, for what's meant to be a happy, festive holiday period.
A common hangover of the holiday season can be depression, anxiety and in some cases, even suicide.
Otago University researchers are offering some useful advice to keep the stress levels down, and to ensure people have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
