Otago Chamber of Commerce chief executive John Christie says the Chamber is pleased the Dunedin City Council
has recognised the need to look at aspects of the parking strategy that may require policy changes.

The Chamber has expressed concerns, along with many ratepayers, about the impact the Parking Strategy is having on retailers.

The DCC is distributing letters to residents and businesses which outline changes that will be implemented as a result of concerns raised.
