A case of he said she said is erupting between the Dunedin City Council and the now liquidated organisation Stop The Stadium.

The liquidation came after Stop the Stadium failed to repay court costs from legal proceedings earlier this year.

Stop the Stadium claim repayments were being made on a regular basis, but the DCC say that simply isn't true.
