Dunedin's ''Mother of modern dance'' farewelled

Dunedin's "mother of modern dance", Shona MacTavish, was farewelled at Knox Church on Tuesday.

Ninety-nine year old MacTavish died last Tuesday after a colourful and eventful life as a dancer and missionary.
