Highlanders fullback Glen Horton will miss Saturday's Super Fourteen match against the Western Force and the following two matches in South Africa through injury.He's heading back to Dunedin to recover after injuring his ribs in a warm-up match against the Queensland Reds last Friday.

Horton should be ready to return for the Highlanders first home game of the season against the Stormers next month.

Southland's James Wilson, who is part of the Highlanders wider training group will join the squad in Perth.
