Dunedin police are searching for a man in relation to an aggravated robbery involving a firearm.
On Friday armed police set up a cordon and arrested two women at a Maitland Street address.
That followed an aggravated robbery at a house in St Kilda earlier that day.
The women, aged 32 and 38,are being remanded in custody until a court appearance this Friday.
They have interim name suppression until then.
It's alleged the pair robbed four people of cash while armed with a gun.
Police have confirmed they are looking for a man in connection to the incident, although no details about his alleged involvement are being made public at this time.
