Frequent visitors to the Monkey Island camping area are worried there won't be enough room to pitch a tent this summer.

The Bailey family have been visiting the campsite for years, but the Southland District Council is now in the process of upgrading it and the family is concerned not enough grass area would be left to pitch a tent over Christmas.
