For a number of years the Dunedin City Council has co-ordinated a Healthy Homes insulation Project, while the Otago Regional Council ran a clean air and clean heat scheme.

This year for the first time, both organisations have decided to combine forces to introduce a Clean Heat and Healthy Homes initiative for Dunedin homes.
