Welcome back. Southland employers and supporters of the Invest in Youth initiative were thanked for their services to youth yesterday.

A crowd attended a function hosted by Southland Youth Futures and the Southland Chamber of Commerce in conjunction with Venture Southland.

The guest speakers were Deon Aldridge and Bruce Munro, who teamed up to write a book for helping business owners overcome inter-generational differences.
Awards were presented by the regional Mayors Tim Shadbolt and Mayor Tracy Hicks.
